Judith Ann Sellens is the sole owner of Sellens Real Estate Lending. She is fully licensed by the California Department of Real Estate under DRE Broker License 00673791, and has all the required NMLS licenses.

Mortgage Loan Origination and Processing from October 1991 to Present.

Prior to 1991, Judith Sellens was in Management for Escrow and Title Companies - 1987 to 1991.

From 1982 to 1987, she was an Investment Real Estate Broker in Fullerton, California.
 
She also does technical witting, including website content and educational courses in the real estate industry. She has five years experience in this field.

Bachelor of Science in Laws Degree, 1985 from Western State University College of Law. Business Administration Major, Philosophy Minor, California State University - Fullerton, California. Associate of Arts Degree in Escrow, Fullerton College, Fullerton, California.
